Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Zokofy Info Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zokofy provides software development, digital marketing, cloud hosting, and related technology services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a separate Project Agreement / Statement of Work signed by both parties before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as outlined in the individual project agreement. Generally, projects require a minimum 30% advance before work begins. Remaining payments are due at agreed milestones. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond 7 days of the agreed due date.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed code, design assets, and content created specifically for their project. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses. Zokofy retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We sign an NDA before every project. Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information โ€” including business plans, technical designs, and client data โ€” strictly confidential during and after the project.

6. Warranty & Support

All projects include a 30-day free bug fix warranty post-delivery, covering bugs in functionality delivered as per the agreed scope. This warranty does not cover new features, changes to requirements, or issues arising from client modifications to the code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zokofy's total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in West Bengal, India.
